Natural Horsemanship

GROUNDWORK

Gain basic respect and responsiveness from your horse through a variety of exercises. Groundwork is foundational for developing a good working relationship with your horse: developing your role as leader and building trust & confidence in your horse. It is also the best way to introduce new concepts and warm up the horse both physically & mentally.

UNDER SADDLE

Whether you are starting an untrained or green broke horse or refreshing a seasoned ride, these exercises will help soften and supple your horse and make him more sensitive to your cues.

HARNESS

For farm work or driving a cart, introduce your horse to the harness.

The knowledge of the nature of a horse is one of the first foundations of the art of riding it, and every horseman must make it his principal study.

~Francois Robichon de la Gueriniere
